As a field marketing distributor you will be representing one of our athletic fund-raisers, bringing marketing materials to retailers to promote awareness of an event. This position offers full time or part time hours, based on specific project requirements.

As an experienced Team Leader, you will supervise a field team in your city. This position offers full time hours or part time hours depending on the project.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Manage a field distribution crew.
- Meet daily activity targets
- Be a self starter who has strong problem solving abilities and can work without direct supervision.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a related area, leading a team.
- Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
- Strong PC skills for email, Word, Excel, and must have daily access to these resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of supervisory work experience
- Retail management experience an asset.
- Solid verbal and written communication, fluency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of your city.

Overview of the position:
As a Brand Ambassador you create a brand experience at trade and consumer shows, concerts, and festivals by disseminating your expert product knowledge to interested consumers. Events Marketing offers a variety of contract based work opportunities, with projects that vary in length from a few days, a week or a few months.
Core Responsibilities:
- Solidify the consumer/brand relationship and take initiative to go the extra mile to exceed the customers' expectations.
- Impact sales by educating consumers on product features and benefits.
- Disseminate samples along with product knowledge.
- Actively participate in ongoing training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education - University degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills required.
- Experience in customer service, marketing or business an asset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, changing environment.
- Use of a reliable automobile and valid drivers license are assets.
Skills, Aptitudes and Competencies:

- Sales aptitude to enthusiastically engage, qualify and close customers on sales of clients products; Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales and sales of related attachments.
- Administration/Reporting: Must complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports online; strong computer skills to prepare promotional results reports in Word or Excel.

This 3 month full time contract, to start immediately, can lead to further opportunities for advancement based on performance.
You possess:
- Ability to coach and mentor field sales reps to deliver results quickly;
- Experience in recruiting top sales talent;
- Excellent prospecting skills to fully develop business opportunities for your team;
- Ability to deliver sales training to your team on a regular basis;
